    We offer a broad range of modalities at our center, from Gottman Method to DBT, to Internal Family systems, to Family therapy. We offer trauma informed support utilizing attachment based models, including systems therapy. 

  • Costs vary based on length of service and clinician performing the service. Session costs range from $175-225 depending on clinician. Please see individual clinician bios for specific fees.

  • We specialize in families, couples and adolescent/child therapy, while also offering a broad range of services for adult individuals. We treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, mood disorders, narcissistic abuse, personality disorders, and relationship distress. 

  • Our office is located in Tigard, OR, just behind Washington Square mall. We have ample on site parking. We are located upstairs and do not have an elevator.

  • Yes, we are able to provide online therapy to anyone in the state of Oregon. 

  • We do not currently have a medication provider on staff. We currently collaborate with medication providers in the greater Portland area and are happy to help refer you or your family member should the need arise. We will work together with other providers to assure you get the best care possible. 

  • After you have submitted an inquiry form, you will be contacted by our intake coordinator to set up a consultation. Once you’ve had a consultation, you will be matched with a clinician and schedule your intake appointment. 

    You will hear back from us within 24hrs on all business days.
